TPBank has launched the project at the end of 2020 with the scope of creating mini-game to serve customers who are currently using TP Bank’s mobile app on the occasion of the New Year.

Also, this is the first gamification in-app sample, which aimed to increase user interaction on the occasion of the new year; increase engagement & frequency of app usage. Moreover, TPBank expects it is a premise experiment for new interactive ways of communication against products.

This game was inspired by Ném Còn, a popular traditional Vietnamese folk game usually organized at New Year festivals in Tay Bac to bring hope for abundant crops and pleasant life. TPBank hoped that the game would bring much happiness and prosperity for all families throughout the Tet holiday.
